"Hello, today I had my first gastroenteroscopy. Appointment at 12:45. I was on time at 12:45 to the minute. Dr. Zare was my doctor, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and then it started. After the examination I went to the recovery room and woke up. During this time the nurses gave me water and also removed the access. Dr. Zare took a lot of time afterwards and discussed the results with me and even showed me pictures of the examination. I left the practice with the doctor's letter and a feeling of being in really good hands."

"From the very beginning I felt I was in the best hands. The entire team was extremely professional and at the same time incredibly friendly. The explanation of the gastroscopy and colonoscopy was very detailed and all the next steps of the treatment were explained to me in a way that I could understand before I gently fell into "sleep". During and after the examination, they also made sure that I was doing well. I was checked on several times in the recovery room and I felt well looked after at all times. The final consultation with Dr. Zare was very pleasant and professional. Fortunately, all the findings were unremarkable, and yet I was given valuable recommendations for further observation.
